Can you believe it is time to start thinking about back-to-school time? To help with outfitting yourselves for the school year, Ohio has a tax-free weekend Aug. 6-8.

This means you can purchase any clothing or shoes that are $75 or less and not have to pay the 7.5% sales tax on them. Unfortunately, this excludes things like handbags, jewelry, and sunglasses, but there are still plenty of items that do qualify!

The nice thing is that this benefits you even if you haven’t seen the inside of a classroom for decades.
